RULES AND REGULATIONS

For single events a minimum number of three persons are required

For group events a minimum number of three groups are required

Third prize will be given only if there are four or more participants in each item

4

There will be separate competition for Boys, Girls, Gents and Ladies

5

One person can participate only in a maximum of three single events

Lower age participants can join higher age groups up to senior level group events

If there is any dispute on any event regarding age, category etc., the final decision will be taken jointly by the General Coordinator, Vice Coordinator, Committee Members, the Sports Coordinator and the Referee appointed.

If there is any discrepancy about the age (category) to be traced after the competition he/she will be disqualified and the next runner-up will be declared as the winner.

In disputed cases, where decision cannot be reached on items, the final decision will be taken at the body of the Chaplain, Assistant Chaplain, General Coordinator, the Vice Coordinator and Sports Coordinator.

A person can participate in the competition only if the same person has been residing in the Archdiocese of Vienna at least  for the last 6 months.
